Just like our body, our mind is constantly working hard every day. It endures many challenging situations and chaotic circumstances and absorbs mental toxins that cause stress, depression, and anxiety. The mind is responsible for generating thoughts, which ultimately transform into words and actions. Therefore, it is essential to detoxify and nourish our minds so that we can make better decisions and think more positively. Meditation is a practice that can help enrich the quality of our minds, and it is often referred to as a way of self-love.
This meditation retreat aims to provide you with thorough knowledge of meditation practices, self-awareness, and how to apply them in daily life. Surrounded by the serene environment will be the perfect holiday selection for your body and mind.
People with any religious backgrounds (or none) are welcome at our retreat. The minimum age requirement is 18. We request that all participants be in a good state of health and comfortable in rustic surroundings with a genuine desire to learn and practice meditation in our established program. The Meditation Retreat is run by a Buddhist Charity based in the UK, which promotes world peace through inner peace.
